Return Policy

At Mclean, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to process any return request.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7  business days.
